You can add two types of users to your agent: General and Moderator. Before adding a user, ensure they have a Neuwark account. Once confirmed, you can assign them to any of your agents.
- General User: Can view agent details but cannot make edits. They can only chat with the agent.
- Moderator: Has full access to the agent, including editing details, adding and deleting Knowledge of the Agent, managing the Agent Chat Desk, and responding to users across channels like Chatbot, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
